1. Send an email to hello@a5u.ai
2. Use the subject line: Delete Coun5el Account
3. Include the email address or phone number associated with your Coun5el account

• Account profile information
• Login identifiers
• House membership data
• Contributions, chores, supplies, reports, and case records associated with the account where deletion is legally and technically possible

We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained for up to 90 days or longer if required by law.
